Managed Services Consultant – (Salesforce.com Administrator and/or Pharma CRM)

Love consulting but tired of the travel?  The Managed Services Consultant is a member of our Professional Services team who provides offsite application administration for Veeva deployed clients as a subject matter expert.  This is a remote work position.  Ideally, we’re looking for someone in a northeast location such as New York, Philadelphia or Chicago.

Responsibilities:

Work with clients via phone to deliver post-deployment application reconfigurations including but not limited to:

• Ongoing application maintenance changes such as adding custom fields, changing screen layouts, changing field level security, and adding validation rules
• Creating reports, dashboards, and list views
• Adding/deleting/changing users, setting up security, changing territory and role hierarchy
• Creating/maintaining sandbox environments
• Basic data imports and exports using APEX data loader
• Assist with the implementation of new Veeva and salesforce.com functionality
• Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and how to’s
• Ad-hoc configuration training to educate customer administration team and  enable customer to manage administration needs internally

Requirements:

• Customer service or consulting experience with multiple client responsibility
• Experience with one of the following two areas is required:   Administrative knowledge Salesforce.com;  level 2 certification AND/OR experience with the CRM pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Juggling multiple client requests and prioritizing is one of the things you do best
• Effectively work remotely and independently in support of clients
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
