Principal Consultant (Life sciences software, CRM and/or salesforce.com)

As a Principal Consultant, you will be a leading member of the Veeva Systems Professional Services group working on consulting project teams implementing Veeva’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application built on the salesforce.com platform to companies in the life sciences industry.

Ideally, we are looking to hire in the Chicago, Philadelphia and Greater New York City areas.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and managing program/ project-wide application build, test, and deploy activities
• Identifying and monitoring interdependencies between various program or project workstreams
• Creating project deliverable templates and standards (e.g., including process standards)
• Creating complex conceptual designs, including application interfaces and interactions activities
• Leading business process and application requirement discovery workshops
• Provide subject matter expertise on the Veeva Systems applications, salesforce.com Platform, and technical design, and Software as a Service (SaaS) implementation best practices
• Travel is approximately 50-80%

Requirements:

• 8+ years of full life cycle implementation experience and/or Pharma industry or Force.com knowledge
• Excellent presentation skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
