For customers who have already implemented a Customer Master, VBioPharma can be easily integrated, taking into account the specific data stewardship rules already in place. For companies with new sales forces, demographic and professional information can be pre-populated in the system from leading data providers and kept up to date using web services.
SPHERE OF INFLUENCE MAPPING
VBioPharma Primary Care Edition includes a breakthrough sphere of influence that visually presents each physician’s and account’s affiliations. Affiliations include physician-to-physician, physician-to-account, and account-to-account and include specific roles and comments for each. In addition, it takes only a few clicks to quickly add and edit affiliations through an intuitive drag-and-drop interface.
CALL SCHEDULING AND ROUTE MANAGEMENT
The product leverages the best times at the physician level to make it easy to schedule calls in bulk. Reps can then easily optimize the calls to create ideal routes through tight integration with Google Maps.
