SUPPORT
VInsights is delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application from Veeva Systems. Like other mature SaaS applications, VInsights requires no ongoing maintenance from the IT organization. The data mart is automatically refreshed every day and night with no involvement by the customer. New syndicated data files are uploaded as needed through the VInsights Admin Console.
